Who we are
Tregu i Librit sells approved textbooks for grades 1–9 in Kosovo. Business registration details and registered address: [to be completed].
How an order is formed
The order you send through the site is a request, not a completed contract. We contact you to confirm its contents and the address before we pack anything. The contract is formed when we confirm it; until then you can cancel at no cost.
Prices
Prices are in euro and include VAT. The price shown in your cart at the moment of confirmation is the price you pay. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a technical fault, we tell you before confirming the order and you can cancel.
Payment
Payment is cash at the door only, when the books are in your hands. We do not accept cards, we never ask for payment in advance, and we store no payment details of any kind.
Delivery
Delivery is usually within 2–4 working days of confirmation, by courier, to Kosovo’s 37 municipalities. A small part of the territory is not covered by the courier — if yours is one, we say so before confirming the order, and we never substitute a different municipality on your behalf.
Availability
Stock moves quickly through August and September. If a title sells out after you have ordered it, we tell you and you choose: wait for the restock, drop it from the order, or cancel the whole thing.
