What to do if a book is not the one you needed, or arrived damaged.

The window
You can return a book within 14 days of receiving it, without having to give a reason.
What condition
The book must be unused and undamaged — no writing, no folded pages, in its original wrapping if it had any. A book that has been written in or has got wet cannot be returned.
How to return it
Message us on Instagram or Facebook with your order number and the title you want to return. We reply the same day with the instructions and the address to send it to.
The refund
Refunds are paid in cash, for the same amount you paid for that title, within 14 days of us receiving the book back and checking it.
If the mistake is ours
If we sent the wrong title, the wrong publisher, or the book arrived damaged, we replace it at no cost to you and we cover the return shipping. Message us as soon as you can, with a photo if you are able.
Return shipping cost
For returns that do not arise from a mistake of ours, the cost of return shipping [to be completed].
