What we collect
When you place an order: your full name, phone number, municipality, delivery address and — only if you type it yourself — your email. Nothing more. We do not ask for a date of birth, a personal number or any payment details.
Why we collect it
Only to process, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. Your phone number is also the key that finds your order on the tracking page.
Who we share it with
Only the courier carrying your parcel, and only what it needs to deliver: name, phone and address. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires [exact period to be completed], then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it once we are no longer legally required to keep it. Message us on social media with your order number and we will sort it out.
Cookies
We use technical cookies only: the language you chose and the contents of your cart. There are no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no social-media pixels.
