Frequently asked questions
Answers to what parents ask us most — about sets, ordering, paying at the door and delivery.
Books and sets
How do I know which publisher the school wants?
The school chooses the publisher and usually writes it on the list your child brings home at the start of the year. If the list does not name it, ask the class teacher, or message us on social media with the school name and the grade — we check it against the lists we hold and reply the same day.
What is in a grade set?
Only the approved textbooks for that grade, from one publisher: eight titles for grades 1–5 and twelve for grades 6–9. Workbooks and teacher’s books are not part of the set — message us separately for those.
Can I take books from more than one publisher?
Yes. You choose title by title and your selection is kept when you switch publisher, so a mixed set is perfectly normal. It happens often: a school sets one publisher for maths and another for Albanian.
I do not need the whole set. Can I take just some books?
Yes. On the set page, remove the titles the family already has at home and the cart takes the rest. The price updates as you remove, so you see the amount before you decide.
Ordering
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no stored profile. Checkout asks for five fields: full name, phone, municipality, address and — only if you want it — your email.
How many copies of one title can I order?
Up to nine per title. For more — a whole class, for instance — message us on social media and we will prepare it together, because an order that size needs a stock check before anyone says yes to it.
Can I order for two children at once?
Yes. The cart groups books by grade and publisher, and you can write a child’s name on each group. One parcel arrives, divided inside by the names you wrote.
What happens after I send the order?
You get an order number beginning with TL-26-. We check the contents and the address, and we confirm with you before the parcel leaves. The order you send through the site is a request — until we confirm it you can cancel at no cost.
Payment and delivery
How do I pay?
Cash at the door, when the books are in your hands. We do not accept cards, we never ask for payment in advance and we store no payment details. It is the only payment method at Tregu i Librit, and that is deliberate.
What does delivery cost?
Five euro per order, however many books are in it. The amount appears in the cart and again at checkout, before you send the order — nothing is added later.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days after confirmation. Through August and September orders multiply, so the wait sits at the upper end of that window — a week before school starts is when ordering pays off.
Do you deliver to our municipality?
The courier covers 37 municipalities in Kosovo. A small part of the territory is not covered: if yours is one, we say so before confirming, and we never substitute a different municipality on your behalf, because the parcel would go to the wrong town.
Does the courier carry change?
Often not for large notes. Have an amount close to the price shown on the order — the handover then takes a minute and no parcel goes back.
After the order
How do I track my order?
On the “Track order” page, with the TL-26- number and the phone you gave at checkout. No account and no password. Orders placed on Instagram are found by phone number — message us for those and we will check.
One book was out of stock. What happens?
You take the part we have now and we send the missing title after, in a second delivery at no extra cost. We do not split an order without telling you, and we do not hold the whole thing back waiting for one title.
Can I return books?
Within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, as long as the book is unused — no writing and no folded pages. If the mistake is ours, a wrong title, the wrong publisher or a damaged book, we replace it at no cost and we cover the return.
Can I change the address after ordering?
While the parcel is still at the shop, yes. Message us on Instagram or Facebook with your order number and we will fix it before the courier collects.
How do I get in touch?
On Instagram or Facebook. The same people staff both, and there are two because a parent who has one app often does not have the other. We have no sales telephone line; your own number is used only for your order.
Did not find your answer?
Message us on Instagram or Facebook. The same people staff both accounts and we reply the same day.
