Paying at the door: how it works
You pay nothing when you send the order. You pay when the books are in your hands, cash, at the door. This page explains how that payment runs and what makes it easier for both sides.
Why cash only
Because that is how Kosovo orders. Almost every order this shop takes is paid cash at the door, and a site that treated the card as the normal route and cash as the exception would complicate what already works. There is no payment selector, no greyed-out card tab and no card number field — because there is nothing to choose.
What you pay
The book total plus five euro delivery. That figure appears three times before you meet the courier: in the cart, at checkout, and on the confirmation page with your TL-26- number. There is no service fee, no cash surcharge and nothing that appears after confirmation.
Confirmation comes before the parcel
The order you send is a request, not a closed contract. We check the contents and the address, and we write to you before the parcel leaves — so a wrong address or a forgotten title is fixed before delivery, not after. Until that confirmation you can cancel at no cost and without giving a reason.
Change: have a close amount ready
The courier often carries no change for large notes. If the order is 70,70 € and you hand over 100 €, the delivery stalls on something that has nothing to do with the books. The exact amount is on the order — bring that, or as close to it as you can.
We store no payment details
Because we never see them. No card passes through the site, there is no wallet and there is no payment gateway — so there is no card number to store, lose or have stolen. From you we keep the name, phone, municipality, address and, only if you type it yourself, the email, and only for as long as tax law requires.
If the parcel does not reach the door
If the courier finds nobody, the status on the tracking page says so in plain words and the parcel returns to the shop. Message us on Instagram or Facebook with your order number for a second time slot. You do not pay delivery twice for a second attempt at the same order.
